Trixino's sportsbook lists basketball from the NBA and European leagues, with moneyline, spread and totals markets. Here is how those markets work. Back to the Trixino sportsbook.
Moneyline, spread and totals
A moneyline asks who wins the game under the market’s settlement rules. A point spread (handicap) asks whether a side covers a stated margin. A total asks how many points both teams combine for. You can be right about the winner and wrong on the line — or right on the total while the favourite disappoints.
| Market | Question it answers |
|---|---|
| Moneyline | Which side wins (per settlement rules) |
| Point spread | Whether a side covers the points handicap |
| Total points | Whether combined scoring clears an over/under line |
| Quarter / half lines | Scoring or winner markets for a stated period, where offered |
Pace, rotations and late scoring
Leagues and styles change scoring tempo; that affects totals and live prices. Bench minutes, foul trouble and garbage-time scoring can swing totals late. If you are new to basketball markets, shorter singles on leagues you follow beat sprawling multi-leg coupons built from unfamiliar tip-off times.
In-play basketball
Live prices update as the quarter clock runs. A timeout burst or a run of threes can move a total quickly. If your stream is behind the official feed, pause — do not “catch up” with panicked clicks. Settlement follows the rules shown on each market.
